Let’s understand How To Add A Shared Mailbox In Outlook Open Outlook, navigate to File > Account Settings > Account Settings Select your email account and click Change > More Settings. Navigate to the Advanced tab and click Add. Enter the shared mailbox email and click OK > Apply > Next > Finish. Restart Outlook, and the shared mailbox will appear in your folder pane.
